Roanoke is located in Southwest Virginia off Interstate 81. From I-81, take I-581 South via Exit 143 toward Airport/Roanoke. Hotel Roanoke is about 6 miles south, on the right. From I-581 South, take Exit 5, cross Wells Avenue and continue to the main entrance of the hotel.

Travel by Air

The Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) is pleased to serve as the destination airport for the Collaborating Across Borders Conference (CAB V). The regional affiliates of American (US Airways), Delta, and United Airlines provide both domestic and international service through the gateways of Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago/O’Hare, NYC/LaGuardia, Philadelphia, Washington/Dulles. In addition, low cost carrier, Allegiant Airlines, provides semi-weekly service from St. Petersburg and Orlando/Sanford airports in Florida. Greensboro (GSO) is about two and a half hours away, and Charlotte (CLT) is about three hours away. Both of these airports offer alternative flight options.

Travel from Canada

US Airways has one-stop service from several cities in eastern Canada, while United Airlines has an extensive presence throughout Canada, including an arrangement with Air Canada, which will assist with travel from smaller Canadian Cities.
